Merry Christmas! Hope you are all 
planning to buy disks for your favorite 
MacFreak. My Hero and I are starting to 
prepare for the December meeting (it‘s 
October 25 as I write), We have no new 
disks planned for November, with the 
idea of having a few new ones for the 
December Christmas Meeting/Party. The 
big project will be revising our clip art 
holdings. We are trying to address the 
more serious needs of those who are 
constantly hunting for clip art for their 
desktop publishing, as well as those of 
you who collect clip art for your own 
pleasure.

There are Clip Notebooks available now 
at the Best of . . . table. These were printed 
from the clip art disks as of October on 
Clip Art I through VI, Kids Klips, 
PostScript and Laser Fonts. It was while

we were preparing 
these notebooks that 
we noticed that there
 were a few duplications
 and a need for more 
true “clip art” like 
that available on 
commercial clip art
 disks. There are two 
sets of Notebooks. One
 was printed on a 
LaserWriter Plus and the other on an old wide-carriage ImageWriter. If you have 
purchased any of these disks, we would 
appreciate feedback on the type of 
printer used and the results, good or bad.
